Shipping FAQ
Q: When will my items ship?
A: Our ship days are SATURDAYS, TUESDAY & WEDNESDAY. We do our best to ship your working within 2-4 days!
Q: How do I track my order?
A: All orders come with a tracking number, this will be emailed and you can sign up for live tracking updates on USPS.com within the USA.
Q: Which shipping company do you use?
A: We either use USPS or UPS to ship all our domestic orders.
Q: Why don't you offer shipping to the UK or EU anymore.
A: Unfortunately we no longer offer shipping due to the very strict return policy and due to the large amounts of customer issues to these specific areas.
Q: What if I have an issue with my order after it ships due to the post office or UPS.
A: Please reach out to the post office or UPS with your tracking number, they will be able to assist you better with any shipping or tracking issues.
Returns & Refunds
We do not offer returns or refunds unless approved. Please contact us for any questions concerning a purchase.
We do not reimburse for lost, missing, damaged or stolen packages.
We recommend you purchase shipping insurance, all orders come with tracking!
We do not accept returns for international orders, nor do we reimburse or replace international orders.
