Native Hawaiian Mamaki is a known herbal remedy for general debilities, lowering high blood pressure, reducing cholesterol, and cleansing toxins from the blood, as well as relieves stress and fatigue.
Recommended brewing: Boil 3 cups of water in a non-aluminum tea pot. Add approximately 1-2 tablespoon of crushed mamaki leaves and Lemongrass to boiling water. Remove from heat, cover and let steep for 10 to 15 minutes.
